Main tasks and duties
As a professional Estate Planning Consultant the role will involve developing your own localised sales and marketing plan to generate your own leads, and taking Will instructions from face-to-face meetings and home visits, and/or video consultations. Drafting a Will is a specialist activity and LCS have built their service around helping clients understand the range of options available and constructing a bespoke product and service that meets our clients objectives.
You will deliver services to clients in your local area and provide advice to clients on:
- Estate Planning Wills
- Document Storage
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Advance Directives
- Trusts
- Probate and Trustee Services
- Land Transactions
- Business Services
- Skills Knowledge and Experience Required
Desire and determination to have your own business within the structure and security of the LCS Group:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
-Ability to use own initiative
-Excellent client care skills
-Ability to deal with matters confidentially
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- You Do Not need to have any special qualifications as full comprehensive training will be provided, although previous experience would be an advantage.
With ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for top sales specialists to manage and develop their own areas. This is a high-end, self-employed position with genuine earning potential from £50,000 to over £100,000 per year from commissionable sales if you follow our plan. No previous estate planning knowledge is required; full training is provided. You need access to a car and phone.

After a 5-day training course at our Dawlish Head Office, you'll work appointments in your area, visiting clients at home, offering video consultations, providing professional advice, taking will instructions, and selling applicable add-on services. Ongoing training and support is provided to ensure you're fully updated on our products and services.
