Chartered Legal Executive - Probate Practitioner
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified legal professional to lead the legal department
at a well-established legal services company based in Dawlish. This role offers the chance to
manage a caseload of private client matters whilst overseeing a small team in a dynamic
and growing firm.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Lead, motivate, supervise, and evaluate a small legal team.
● Manage a personal caseload of private client matters, including drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and handling Trust and Estate Administration.
● Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
● Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
● Organise workloads efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Contribute to the department’s growth and development by supporting junior staff and enhancing team knowledge.
● Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support clients effectively.
Desirable Experience
● Qualified Chartered Legal Executive, Probate Practitioner, or Junior Solicitor.
● Consideration will be given to experienced Paralegals or part-qualified professionals looking to complete their training.
● Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
