LCS Coronavirus (Covid-19) Statement
Dawlish Head Office – Whilst the Coronavirus issues are ongoing, we are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our clients and our staff. The government’s advice is that self- isolation and face coverings are no longer necessary by Law.
However, as we are welcoming clients back into our offices for face-to-face meetings, we would politely ask that you adhere to the following:
-
Please make an appointment to ensure that there is the appropriate person available to meet with you.
-
If you are unwell, have a cold or are experiencing flu symptoms, please contact us to postpone your appointment.
-
We would ask that you wear a face mask whilst attending our offices unless you are exempt from wearing face coverings.
-
Hand sanitizer is available for use by everyone entering our offices
LCS has a continuity plan where we have put measures in place to ensure all our staff can securely and efficiently access everything they need remotely working in their own home. Whilst most staff have now returned to the office, some, especially those who are clinically vulnerable remain working from home for their protection.
We are also still able to conduct web-based face to face appointments using WhatsApp, Zoom, Google meet or Skype to prevent our clients having to have a face-to-face appointment should they wish. All our staff are fully aware of the management and containment measures we have taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19, all measures and information will be updated on a regular basis.
Consultant Home Visits – Our area Consultants comply fully with our Coronavirus policy. As well as now seeing our clients for face-to-face appointments, they are also using web-based video conferencing for client appointments, especially for clinically vulnerable clients. Keeping you and our consultants safe is paramount.
Where a face-to-face meeting with a client is necessary, our consultants are happy to wear face masks when they meet with our clients.
They will carry alcohol-based hand sanitizer and will use this prior to entering your home.
Continuity of Services – In summary we can confirm that we are still able to offer and deliver our complete range of services as normal and that your confidentiality will be maintained.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require more information or need any reassurance of our continued commitment to our clients.
