Legal & Contract Services Ltd normal policy is to let our clients know exactly what the services being provided include and we always confirm the total cost of the services up front and before carrying out any work. All contracts have a clear cancellation clause on the front page and we do not allow any small print on the reverse.
Legal & Contract Services Ltd does not insist on being the Executor of any estate and even where clients take out our inclusive Ultimate Service we still encourage clients to include their own executors but we provide all the professional help and support and work necessary to enable the estate to be fully wound up. We find that our clients greatly appreciate this way of working as they can be involved to a greater or lesser extent as they may chose throughout the whole process. They also know upfront that all legal fees are covered and the only additional costs are disbursements as would be the case with any other legal practice.
Legal & Contract Services Ltd has been in business since 1990 and offers a range of professional services at a fixed cost and at a fair price which is usually lower than that offered by any Solicitor. Our in house Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority and together with our paralegal staff receive training and updates through Central Law Training and Progressive Legal. Our administration staff receive professional training through Crisp Professional Development. Our Consultants are trained to BTEC level 2 and beyond in Will writing and Probate Practice and we believe our Consultants undergo twice the amount of CPD hours that any Solicitor is required to undertake. All our staff receive ongoing training to ensure they remain fully up to date with any developments.
