Estate Planning is Cause for Concern according to Recent Report

There has been quite a bit of press recently surrounding The Law Society’s concerns in regard to Estate Planning, with their primary concern being that people in the UK are putting their homes and other major assets at risk by failing to address estate planning issues.

Yet more concerns were raised when Standard Life carried out market research that showed that 54 per cent of those surveyed are carrying out their own estate planning research on the internet, whilst many others are making appointments to see their banks to get what they perceive as the right advice.
