Disputes often occur where trust between the parties has broken down. We advise and employ mediation and where possible look to offer alternative options to resolve a dispute. Clients rarely wish to be involved with costly protracted litigation unless absolutely necessary. A rational look at how the dispute has arisen and taking a view of commercial realities can often achieve an agreement to end the dispute.

Partnership Disputes

Partnerships are often where close friends or business colleagues have not only made financial investment into the business but have also given emotional commitment. There are many reasons why partnerships can dissolve such as when one partner's view of the future of the business differs from those of fellow partners. Often problems can be resolved by mediation and negotiation rather than through the courts.
