From October 1^st 2009 the Office of the Public Guardian has introduced a new set of forms for the two powers.  It is still possible to use the older style forms and they will be accepted for powers made up until 2011.  Lasting Powers that have been completed but have not yet been registered will still be capable of registration in much the same was as it is still possible to register a pre 2007 Enduring Power of Attorney.
