Avoid a nightmare by using LCS
Moving home is considered to be the No 1 most stressful thing that you will encounter in your life. Having to deal with Estate Agents, having to rely on chains above and below you, packing, un-packing and of course the financial part from start to finish. The whole process can cause a great deal of stress.

In just one instance where a couple were moving home Quotations for Sale and purchases were never received despite numerous requests, it was only when the Bill of £7000 was received that alarm bells started to ring, no breakdown of the costs were given and both the couple and a financial advisor had calculated the bill to be around £1600.

However when the payment was being made by card over the phone a £70 administration charge was added. After going backwards and forwards again the director of the Conveyancing Solicitor did waiver this fee.
This was not the end though and the day before completion several trips to the estate agent were needed, which really could all have been done in one with a little communication, finally allowing the completion to take place.
The whole process for this couple was a complete nightmare which with a bit of thought, communication and understanding would have not been such a stressful experience.
