Founded the business in 1990. Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing. Extensive knowledge of Will Writing and Estate Planning. Also experienced in resolving contract and business conflicts and private consumer disputes. Also manages the Sales & Marketing functions of the Group companies.
Rosemary J Clegg - F.Inst.Pa RGN BSc(Hons) Operations Director
Previously a senior Manager in the NHS and with a degree in gerontology and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. For several years now has headed and expanded the Operations department which is responsible for Document Drafting (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Land Registry and other legal documentation) and Document Storage. Rosemary also oversees the client lifetime services operations and is able to advise on mental capacity.
Kayley M Jewell M.Inst.Pa General Manager
Manages the professional document drafting and administration team. A senior manager with several years experience in all aspects of estate planning. Also responsible for the development of the operations personnel and managing the company administration functions.
Nicholas Dymond LLB(Hons) Head of Legal Services
A fully qualified Solicitor with responsibility for managing the Executor Support and Probate departments. Experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate and Conveyancing. Advises on legal policies and precedents. Also provides general legal advice and support.
Katherine Millman LLB(Hons) Solicitor
A fully qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property, Commercial Property, Civil Litigation and Private Client work including Wills and Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection and Estate Administration.
Andy Spencer-Peet BSc(Hons) PGDip.LP Paralegal with experience in Estate Planning & Civil Litigation Advocacy
Previously a Senior Manger within HM Collector of Taxes with extensive experience of debt and contract litigation. Advises on the drafting of Will precedents, probate matters and estate planning. Provides support and advice to clients on a range of contentious subject areas including Employment Law.
Lisa Ashelford A.Inst.Pa Group Finance Manager
Many years experience in banking and administration. Manages audits and controls the accounts of all LCS departments and cost centres.
