Founded the business in 1990. Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing. Extensive knowledge of Will Writing and Estate Planning. Also experienced in resolving contract and business conflicts and private consumer disputes. Also manages the Sales & Marketing functions of the Group companies.

Rosemary J Clegg - F.Inst.Pa RGN Bsc(Hons) Operations Director

Previously a senior Manager in the NHS and with a degree in gerontology and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. For several years now has headed and expanded the Operations department which is responsible for Document Drafting (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Land Registry and other legal documentation) and Document Storage. Rosemary also oversees the client lifetime services operations and is able to advise on mental capacity.

Kayley M Jewell M.Inst.Pa Operations Manager

Manages the professional document drafting and administration team. A senior manager with several years experience in all aspects of estate planning. Also responsible for the development of the operations personnel and managing the company administration functions.

Mark Dowdeswell - LL.B.(Hons.) P.G.DipLP MCIM ACII Solicitor

A fully qualified Solicitor with responsibility for managing the Executor Support and Probate departments. Advises on legal policies and precedents. Also provides general legal support.

Emily Gray - ASSP Executor Support Manager

Executor support Manager with responsibility for estate administration and estate accounts distribution.

Lisa Ashelford A.Inst.Pa Financial Manager

Many years experience in banking and administration. Manages audits and controls the accounts of all LCS departments and cost centres.

Peter Harrison Sales & Marketing Manager

Many years experience in sales and marketing management. Manages the sales teams and marketing functions.
